1. General
The Agreement between the Company and you, the Customer, forms part of the Customer Order Form. These
Terms and Conditions will prevail over any and all terms and conditions proposed by you.
Upon delivery to us of your printing requirements, we will submit a “proof” to you with a quotation, for your
acceptance or amendments.
[A “proof” is a printed copy or a digital impression of your required artwork and/or text]
We reserve the right to ask for a deposit before commencing the work.
We, the Company, will undertake to process your Order upon your reading and signing these Terms and
Conditions, indicating your acceptance of the quotation, where indicated below.
2. Contract
Upon receipt of your acceptance, our agreement with you is for the supply and delivery of printed materials as
soon as reasonably possible, or by agreement between us as to the date of delivery follows:
(a) We will undertake the work as soon as reasonably possible, or by agreement between us as to the date of
collection or delivery.
(b) Whilst we make every effort to dispatch the products on time, we do not accept liability for any failure to
deliver within that time period.
3. Payment
We reserve the right to change our prices from time to time. Payment will be made in full upon collection or
delivery of the goods.
4. Right to Cancel
All orders are “bespoke” (made to order) therefore this right only applies before acceptance of the quotation and
prior to commencement of the work to be undertaken.
5. Warranties
Any complaint about the products made under warranty must be made in writing and received by us within ten
(10) days of delivery. You shall allow us to investigate any such claim after return and inspection of the product.
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five (5) working days.
6. Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property includes, but is not limited to our trade marks, service marks and domain names owned by
the Company.
7. Any material supplied by you, the customer, is your Copyright. However, if you require the Company to create
designs for you, then such designs remain the property of the Company. You may purchase such Copyright in the
Designs upon application to the Company.
8. We respect the Intellectual Property Rights of others, and we ask you to do the same.
9. Data Protection Compliance
At all times we will observe the requirements imposed by the Data Protection Act of 1988 (“the Act”) and we will
provide the appropriate security to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data. We are a registered Data
Controller under the Act, number Z8964199
10. Private Policy
We will not disclose any of your personal details to any third party, unless that third party is authorised to seek
such information by law, and we confirm that we comply with the provisions of the Data Protection act 1998.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be under any liability of whatsoever kind for non-performance of any of our obligations under this
Agreement owing to causes beyond our control or an Act of God.

controlled. The term includes both acts of nature (such as floods and hurricanes) and acts of people (such as riots,
strikes and wars).]
12. Proper Law and Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute, the laws of England and Wales will apply.
